It started small. Two brothers who simply wanted to give the region’s leaders a voice on a podcast. The conversations were good enough that the leaders themselves said it should be more than a show. So it became one, a social enterprise built to capture leadership wisdom, challenge it honestly, and pass it to the next generation.

Mo is the co-founder and host of the Leaders’ Mindset podcast and live events. Through storytelling and real conversations, he brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to share wisdom, challenge perspectives, and inspire growth. His mission is to humanize leadership, build stronger communities, and create a space where knowledge is passed on to the next generation.
Osman Mao (Oz)
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Oz brings a wealth of creative and technical expertise to Leaders’ Mindset. A filmmaker, content creator, photographer, and graphic designer, he combines visual storytelling with strong marketing sensibilities to help people and organizations tell their stories in vivid, authentic ways. His work spans USAID short documentaries, music videos, commercials, and developing talk shows and sitcoms. Based in Guelph, Ontario, Oz is passionate about collaborating, pushing creative boundaries, and elevating voices through visuals.
