A GUELPH SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

The leaders worth following won’t be here forever.

So we capture what they know, in conversation, on film, and at the table, then hand it to the generation that comes next.
WHERE LEGACY MEETS OPPORTUNITY

Leadership is a responsibility, not a title. The few great leaders we have today won’t lead forever, and most of what they learned was never written down. We exist to capture that wisdom, challenge it honestly, and pass it to the next generation before it’s lost.

WHY THIS, WHY NOW

Wealth is concentrating. Wisdom is walking out the door.

generation stands between the leadership we admire and the system the next one inherits.

Greed compounds quietly. So does its alternative. The antidote to extractive leadership isn’t a lecture. It’s proximity. Put emerging leaders close enough to the real thing to absorb it, question it, and carry it forward.
HOW IT WORKS

Three ways we move wisdom from one generation to the next.

Capture

Through the podcast and studio, leaders tell the truth behind the highlight reel. Not just what they built, but why they built it that way. Story is how wisdom survives.

Challenge

Intimate, in-person panels where vetted emerging leaders sit with people who lived it, and press them on ethics, responsibility, and the path they’re leaving behind.

Carry Forward

With the Lang School of Business, students pursuing leadership join the dialogue directly, so what these leaders know becomes how the next ones lead.

WHO WE ARE

Two brothers, one experiment that grew up.

Leaders’ Mindset started small. Two brothers in Guelph who wanted to give the region’s leaders a voice on a podcast. The conversations were good enough that the leaders themselves said it should be more than a show.

So it became one. A social enterprise built to capture, challenge, and carry leadership wisdom forward, and to prove that doing good and doing well were never meant to be opposites.

THE CHOICE IN FRONT OF US

Make the system worth inheriting.

Greed compounds on its own. Good leadership has to be handed down on purpose. Be part of the generation that does the handing.
